The Summit Hotel

We have stayed at the summit twice now and we still love it. I guess the beds could be a little more comfortable, but enough to lose a star over it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The slopes are great and wide enough to hold skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels. The ski valet makes it so convenient.

With effortless help and a steady hand, She’s the finest host in this rugged land. ​The hospitality here is a steady light, Turning the shadows of travel bright. A wonderful stay at the Summit’s door; I couldn't have asked for a single thing more.

The southern hospitality for the valet was a delightful surprise. The front desk is very nice during check in. Huckleberry lemonade is delicious and we look forward to drinking everyday and very sad that it was not available on Saturday. The staff at the restaurant was extremely nice and helpful. Everybody was very excited for us to go on the hike. The bar staff was also wonderful making sure we always had water, and offered us blankets when it got chilly outside. The housekeeping is wonderful I couldn't even turn down service. All of the little details along the way and made it at a wonderful experience. The lavender eucalyptus pillow spray is something I have never experienced and it is awesome. The caramels placed on the pillow tasted amazing. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location is great. Pool/jacuzzi is great. Service is not very good. They have no clue how their Boyne rewards system works. They are very inconsistent on their towels, robes and cleaning certain things in the room. There is only one ice machine in the entire building.

Exceptional staff. And I mean the entire staff. From concierge and valet/bell to front desk, dining, and housekeeping. Especially Cate. If you meet her you will know it. Thank you!

The Summit Hotel is absolutely AMAZING!! The Views are beyond Beautiful. The restaurant is just fantastic. The service was phenomenal and every plate looked like a work of art at breakfast ,lunch and dinner.Great job Summit Hotel .

This is a new well organized hotel with beautiful views. Big sky is a small ski town and a great place for mountain biking and hiking. But keep in mind this is a place for meetings and a resort. Great staff and an amazing stop.

A beautiful hotel conveniently located within a few steps of chair lifts and runs. The hot tub/spa area are top notch and beautifully designed. The room is extremely nice. Customer service is excellent. We will be back!

This is only our second night here but we have been blown away by the hospitality so I had to write a review. The airlines lost our ski bag and warm winter gear and the hotel went above and beyond to help make our stay superb—I’ll leave it at that, but a huge shout out to Cody and the Housekeeping team, your thoughtfulness meant so much to us. The staff at the restaurants, Valet, and front desk have also been exceptional. All in all, our stay here so far has been one of the best despite our trip not starting out ideal! All the extra touches go a long way. Good job Summit Hotel, on top of a gorgeous hotel, you get an A+++ in hospitality.
